Escrow Services
Escrow is generally defined as having a third party hold the assets of a transaction in their care until the contracting parties have finalized the transaction. Real estate transactions are the area in which most of us are most familiar with the term; funds are deposited ‘in escrow’ by the buyer and are held by a third party until the sales is finalized and then released to the seller at closing. Provident offers it services as a trusted escrow agent for any scenario which may require a secure third party to participate in a transaction.
Trust Services
A trust serves as a means of protecting assets for the sake of the beneficiaries of the trust, regardless of whether those assets consist of real estate, personal estates, insurance policies, financial resources or any other types of personal or business assets.
There are a myriad of different types of trusts that can be put into place by and for individuals, families and businesses, but each trust involves an initiator of the trust (also referred to as the grantor, settlor, or trustor ), one or more trustees (those responsible for administering the trust as directed by the trust documents) and the beneficiaries of the trust (those who hold the ultimate title to the trust per the stipulations laid out in the trust documents).
Provident Administers All These Trusts and Many More…
- Asset Protection Trusts
- Professional ILITs
- Collective Trust Funds
- Family Trusts
- Corporate Trusts
- Custodial Trusts
- Private Annuity Trusts
- Charitable Remainder Trusts
- Qualified Personal Residence Trusts
- Many More Specialized and Uniquely Structured Trusts
“Provident can serve as a sole trustee, co-trustee or successor trustee for most any type of trust, regardless of where the trustor or beneficiaries are located in the United States and for those located in several other countries as well.”
